Regional-bias Evolution Guide

A Pokemon will always have the choice to evolve into the form it has a bias towards, sometimes causing two options to appear. Words in bold are biome tags.

• Cyndaquil Line: Johtonian Cyndaquil can evolve into Hisui-bias Quilava (ears droop down) at level 14 if in a Taiga, Nether Crimson, Nether Forest or Nether Overgrowth biome. Hisui-bias Cyndaquil can evolve into Johtonian Quilava (ears point up) at level 14 if in a Temperate biome and a biome that is not Spooky. The same biome conditions apply for evolving Quilava into Typhlosion, except it takes place at level 36.

• Rowlet Line: Alolan Rowlet can evolve into Hisui-bias Dartrix at level 17 if in a Snowy Forest or Snowy Taiga biome. Hisui-bias Rowlet can evolve into Alolan Dartrix at level 17 if in a Forest or Taiga biome that is not Freezing. The same biome conditions apply for evolving Dartrix into Decidueye, except it takes place at level 34 to get Alolan Decidueye and level 36 to get Hisuian Decidueye.

• Oshawott Line: Unovan Oshawott can evolve into Hisui-bias Dewott at level 17 if in a Stony Shore or Snowy Beach biome. Hisui-bias Oshawott can evolve into Unovan Dewott at level 17 if in a Beach biome that is not Freezing. The same biome conditions apply for evolving Dewott into Samurott, except it takes place at level 36.

• Goomy Line Kalosian Goomy (happy, has green dots) can evolve into Hisui-bias Sliggoo at level 40 if in a Lush or Dripstone biome. Hisui-bias Goomy (depressed, has grey dots) can evolve into Kalosian Sliggoo at level 40 if in a Swamp biome. The same biome conditions apply for evolving Sliggoo into Goodra, except it takes place at level 50 and it has to be raining.

• Petilil Line Unovan Petilil (leaves point up) can evolve into Hisuian Lilligant when a Sun Stone is used on it whilst in a Hills biome that is not a Arid, Freezing or Spooky biome. Hisui-bias Petilil (leaves droop down) can evolve into Unovan Lilligant when a Sun Stone is used on it whilst in a Forest, Floral or Tropical Island biome that is not a Hills, Freezing or Spooky biome.

Where to find Hisui-bias Pokemon?

• Hisui-bias Cyndaquil line can be found in Taiga, Nether Crimson, Nether Forest and Nether Overgrowth biomes.

• Hisui-bias Rowlet can be found in a Snowy Forest and Snowy Taiga biomes.

• Hisui-bias Oshawott can be found in a Stony Shore or Snowy Beach biome.

• Hisui-bias Goomy can be found in Lush or Dripstone biomes.

• Hisui-bias Petilil can be found in Hills biomes.
